Hanford, WA

Since moving to Seattle almost six years ago, I have heard several mentions of the Hanford Downwinders. I knew this group had suffered medical problems related to some kind of nuclear facility, but until today I had never knew that the Hanford site was the source of the plutonium for the bomb exploded over Nagasaki.
